Achieve More Together:
Empowering Women, Promoting Sustainability
The Goal:
Representation of female talent at top level
Companies face particular challenges - including undesirable feedback effects - in ensuring the satisfactory representation of women at top level. The establishment of the cross-company initiative Women into Leadership (IWiL) is intended to counteract this.
The Task:
Accompaniment on the way to the top
The aim of the initiative is - from the various categories: Business, culture, media, science, medicine, society, etc. - to attract top personalities as members who, as personal mentors, accompany highly qualified and successful women on their way to the top as part of a mentoring program.
The implementation:
30+ top women per year for the top level
An important part of our work is the high-profile presentation of at least 30 outstanding women per year. In this way, we want to follow their path to the top in the long term and make them visible.
Our Executive Board
The Initiative Women into Leadership e.V. has expanded its board and proudly presents five new board members.
Sabine Hansen and Dr. Natalie Daghles will be joined by three other well-known members. Nicole Riggers, a long-standing mentor at IWiL, is taking over relationship management. Dr. Werner Grünewald, also an experienced mentor, will be responsible for Financial & Operation Management. Dr. Maike Albers-Malkus, a former mentee and faculty member of the LeadershipNext Academy, will be responsible for program and communication management.
