🌟 Welcome & opening with Sabine Hansen
After a warm welcome and registration, the program starts at 10:00 a.m. with Sabine Hansen, the experienced career advisor. In her session "What lights you up?" Sabine gives tips on how managers can specifically showcase their core competencies and strive for their next promotion. From 11:30 a.m., the "Secure Base Leadership" module follows with Michael Methner, Head of Digital Transformation at Santander Consumer Bank AG. He shows how trust and psychological security can be created in a team - crucial elements for sustainable success in today's dynamic working world. Michael brings his expertise as a mindfulness coach and conveys how vulnerability becomes strength and enables long-term success.

The afternoon features three Infusion Sessions in which inspiring women share their unique career paths and secrets of success:
