Wir als Initiative Women into Leadership e.V. (IWiL) haben es uns zur Mission gemacht, außergewöhnliche Frauen auf ihrem Weg an die Spitze zu begleiten. Dabei wollen wir auch die Arbeit unserer Mitgliedsunternehmen durch eine Auszeichnung als Top Promoter of Female Fast Track Leaders honorieren.
SAP arbeitet seit 2019 gemeinsam mit IWiL daran Frauen auf dem Weg nach oben zu unterstützen und zu begleiten. SAP nominiert als Mitgliedsunternehmen jedes Jahr Top-Talente in unsere Mentee Klassen. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Cawa Younosi als erfahrener Mentor und Nina Strassner wirkte 2021 im Matching Komitee mit.
Warum wurde SAP Teil der Initiative Women into Leadership e.V.?
Wer kann dies besser beantworten als SAP selbst:
„Die Initiative Women into Leadership unterstützen wir von SAP in Deutschland bereits mehrere Jahre. Nicht nur als Company, in dem wir unsere besten, weibliche Talente als Mentees vorschlagen, sondern auch als Mentoren und Mentorinnen und aktive Mitglieder.
Es ist immer wieder beeindruckend, wie dieses hartnäckige Klischee es gäbe keine oder nicht genug Frauen für die ganz großen Posten in Firmen an Absurdität gewinnt, wenn man dutzende hoch talentierte Frauen in einem solchen Prozess interviewen konnte. Das besondere an IWiL ist die Qualität der Auswahl der Kandidatinnen und das Matching. Hier ist kein Algorithmus oder gar ein Los-Topf am Werk, sondern es wird jede einzelne Bewerberin besprochen und mit ihrem Mentor oder Mentorin gematched.“
Wir freuen uns SAP als Top Promoter von Female Fast Track Leaders auszuzeichnen und sind gespannt auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit. Wie besonders und auch zielführend das Programm von IWiL ist, zeigt sich am Beispiel unserer Mentee 2021 Kim Hofstätter (Head of MEE Customer & Strategy Office) und unserer Mentee 2021 und Wild Card Jury Mitglied Alexa Gorman (SVP, Global Head SAP.iO Foundries & Intrapreneurship). We as Initiative Women into Leadership e.V. (IWiL) have made it our mission to accompany exceptional women on their way to the top. In doing so, we also want to honor the work of our member companies by presenting them with an award as Top Promoter of Female Fast Track Leaders.
SAP has been working with IWiL since 2019 to support and accompany women on their way to the top. As a member company, SAP nominates top talent to our mentee classes each year. In addition, Cawa Younosi supports as an experienced mentor and Nina Strassner participated in the matching committee in 2021.
Why did SAP become part of the Women into Leadership e.V. initiative?

“We at SAP in Germany have been supporting the Initiative Women into Leadership for several years. Not only as a company, in which we propose our best female talents as mentees, but also as mentors and active members. It is always impressive how this persistent cliché that there are no or not enough women for the very big positions in companies gains absurdity when you were able to interview dozens of highly talented women in a process like this. The special thing about IWiL is the quality of the selection of candidates and the matching. There is no algorithm or even a lottery pot at work here, but each individual candidate is discussed and matched with her mentor.”
We are pleased to recognize SAP as a Top Promoter of Female Fast Track Leaders and are looking forward to further cooperation.
