Women in leadership, compensation, working environments in times of Corona or even personal paths – all these are topics of our IWiL Impulse Talks.
We as the Initiative Women into Leadership e.V. would like to enable our mentees to gain special insights and experience from our outstanding mentors and personal members. Starting August 20, 2021, our Impulse Talks will be held online and for the majority in English on Fridays between 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m. on a variety of topics.
Dr. Christine Abel, Advisor, Speaker, Senior Leader in Total Rewards, Investor, and Advisory Board Member, will kick off on August 20, 2021 with the Impulse Talk on the topic of “Women and Compensation – on Transition, Promotion, and a Few Basics on Compensation.”
We are very excited to have our mentors and personal members share from their own experiences to provide even more insight to the mentees.
The Impulse Talks are an additional offering to the monthly Mentee Calls on Thursdays. Our next Mentee Call will take place on September 2, 2021 and will consist of an Impulse Lecture on “Culture eats strategy for breakfast – in China you get Jing and Jang” with Regina Roos. Regina is Vice President Business Development and Key Account Management at Typhoon-HIL GmbH.
