Es ist soweit! Wir freuen uns am 1. Juni 2022 offiziell den Abschluss der IWiL Mentee Klasse 2021 bei E.ON SE in Essen zu feiern. Die Graduation findet vor Ort statt und wir zelebrieren unser 4. Mentoring-Jahr mit unseren Mentees, Mentoren, Unternehmensmitgliedern, persönlichen Mitgliedern und weiteren besonderen Gäste. Wir sind zu Gast bei unserem Mitgliedsunternehmen E.ON SE, welches uns seine Türen des Standortes Essen öffnet.
Die Mentee Klasse 2021 erlebte viele digitale und hybride Events, aber auch 1:1 Gespräche und weitere IWiL Community Events. Auch in den Medien fanden wir einige unserer Mentees 2021 wieder, wie zum Beispiel unter den Top 40 unter 40 von Capital und anderen Wirtschaftsmagazinen.

Die Gäste der Abschlussfeier erwartet ein spannender Nachmittag und Abend rund um das Thema Nachhaltigkeit. Wir freuen uns unsere zahlreichen Speaker begrüßen zu dürfen und sind gespannt auf einen spannenden Austausch.
Die Veranstaltung beginnt mit einer Guided Art Gallery Walk von Lara Müller (Arts & Culture, E.ON SE), gefolgt von der offiziellen Begrüßung durch unsere ehemalige Mentee Annette Grabbe (Managing Director Finance, Corporate Management, Business Development, Westenenergie Netzservice GmBh) und unserem Matching Komitee Mitglied Wiebke Sparka (Head of Talent Management, Leadership Development & Diversity, E.ON SE).
Im Anschluss freuen wir uns auf den Impulse Talk „It’s time for action” von Victoria Ossadnik (Chief Operating Officer – Digital, Member of the Management Board, E.ON SE).
Es erwartet uns eine spannende Diskussion im Panel „Let’s talk sustainability in every respect!“ mit unseren Speakern Indra Theissen (VP Corporate Strategy, E.ON SE), Melanie Kubin Hardewig (Vice President Group Sustainability Management, Deutsche Telekom AG), Nicola Bramkamp (Founder of Save the World e.V.), Stephan Dümpelfeld-Ruhle (Head of Business Development, DB Regio Bus) und Mohamed Jaber (Corporate Board Office, AUDI AG) moderiert von Jacqueline Isabelle Hadasch (Managerin Sustainability & Climate, E.ON SE).
Mit unserer offiziellen Abschluss Zeremonie und einem Schlusswort von unseren Gründerinnen Sabine Hansen und Dr. Natalie Daghles endet der Tag bei E.ON SE und es geht weiter zu einem Apéro und Dinner mit Saxophone in ein nahegelegenes Restaurant, wo wir gemeinsam mit unseren Gästen den Tag ausklingen lassen.

The time has come! We are excited to officially celebrate the graduation of the IWiL Mentee Class of 2021 at E.ON SE in Essen on June 1, 2022. The graduation will take place on-site and we will celebrate our 4th mentoring year with our mentees, mentors, company members, personal members and other special guests. We are guests of our member company E.ON SE, which opens its doors of the Essen site to us.
The Mentee Class of 2021 experienced many digital and hybrid events, but also 1:1 conversations and other IWiL community events. We also found some of our mentees 2021 in the media, such as among the top 40 under 40 by Capital and other business magazines.

Guests of the graduation ceremony can expect an exciting afternoon and evening around the topic of sustainability. We are happy to welcome our numerous speakers and are looking forward to an exciting exchange.
