Dorothee Heinkel ist Geschäftsbereichsleitung für Finanz- und Rechnungswesen beim Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb in NRW mit Sitz in Düsseldorf. Dorothee war 2018 Mentee und nahm gemeinsam mit Dilek am Cross-Mentoring-Programm teil. Dr. med. Dilek Gürsoy ist Chefärztin für Kardiochirugie und Expertin für Kunstherztherapie bei Clinic Bel Etage in Düsseldorf.
In unserem Pulse Check sprechen Dorothee und Dilek über Ihre gemeinsame Zeit in der Tandemarbeit und geben uns einen Insight in ihre Erfolgsgeschichte. Hierbei gehen Dorothee und Dilek gezielt drauf ein, was Ihr Erfolgsgeheimnis war und wie wichtig zum einen auch die Öffnung des eigenen Netzwerks und der Austausch mit diesem sein kann. Dorothee Heinkel is the Business Unit Manager for Finance and Accounting at Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb in NRW, based in Düsseldorf. Dorothee was a mentee in 2018 and participated in the cross-mentoring program together with Dilek. Dilek Gürsoy is chief physician for cardiosurgery and an expert in artificial heart therapy at Clinic Bel Etage in Düsseldorf.
In our Pulse Check, Dorothee and Dilek talk about their time together in tandem and give us an insight into their success story. Dorothee and Dilek talk about the secret of their success and how important it can be to open up your own network and exchange ideas with them. Dilek also reports on how her mentoring experience has helped her in her new role as a unity ambassador for NRW.
